We repair laptops. Laptop repairs generally involve dis-assembly which requires time, expertise, and patience. We replace CD-Drives, hard drives, touch pads, LCD screens,  power connections (DC jacks), memory, motherboards, firmware, keyboards, buttons, webcams, and other devices.

Windows Installation (Also Mac and Linux)

Windows 7 is here and is amazing! The upgrade is well worth it and I suggest that anyone running XP or Vista should make the upgrade and move with the times. We can help with installation questions as well as check system requirements and perform the installation for you. We can also help you with that Apple OS X installation and upgrading to Snow Leopard. Or, if you would like to try the free operating system and experiment with something new, we can install Ubuntu or Red Hat Linux for you.

Security Installation

We install the right firewall, antivirus program and give you a guide on how to become a safer internet user. We also create and teach you how to use a restore point. A restore point is used to restore your computer to previous settings. This is great if you ever get spyware, your computer slows down, or if your computer crashes.

Information and Data Backup

We help our customers choose the right medium for backing up all of their important files, such as documents, pictures and video. Then, we back up the data so that our customers can easily access it at any time.

Wireless and Physical Networking

$60.00 (plus $25 per additional device, after 3 devices, added to the network)

Adding a new computer or printer to your home network can seem like a daunting task. We can build and add to your network as well as teach you some quick repair tips if you lose connection to the internet.

Custom IT Service or Troubleshooting

$60.00 (per hour with a minimum of 1 hour)

If you have a problem with software on your computer and not sure how to fix it, we can use our expertise to navigate through the problem to save you the time and stress it takes to solve such issues. This is a great service for specialized software.

Fix My Slow Computer

We will perform a set of cleaning tasks on your computer such as registry cleaning, hard drive optimization and disk defragmenting, remove unwanted start up processes, perform system updates, and create a system restore point so at anytime in the future you can bring your system back to optimal performance with just a few clicks of a button!
