About Magma PC Computer Repair Company

Who we are, and what we strive to be
Magma PC is a computer repair company located in Rosemount Gregg Repairing a ComputerMinnesota. We extend our services all over the metro including Minneapolis and St. Paul. We started our company in March of 2010 and have had a wide variety of customers already in Rosemount, Apple Valley, Eagan, Burnsville, Savage, and Farmington. We have conducted professional repairs such as virus removals, hard drive recovery's, desktop computer and laptop upgrades, search engine optimization for small business, fixing slow computers, and some repairs that can't even make a category so we have to call them custom computer services. We don't have a lot of history, but we have big plans for making some and are determined to be here for years and years to come, constantly servicing our customers and helping them grow with technology.

Our People:
  • John Hallquist
John has been involved with repairing and building custom computers since he was ten years old and repaired his first device: a playstation one. When he was twelve he was inspired further when his Dad took him to the local computer parts store to build a new computer. His Dad showed him all of the different components and what they did. John has built many of the computers he has owned and says the quality of computers he has built has far surpassed that of any computer he bought at a store. Over the years he has helped family and friends with their repairs and upgrades and is now extending that service to the general public.
  • Gregg Poindexter
Gregg and John met each other in computer class. Gregg was in his second year of CCNA (Certified Cisco Networking Associate) and John was in his first year of IT Essentials. Later they became friends and have shared their knowledge and passion for the world of gaming and computers. Gregg had several college level courses in computer technology before he decided that it was time to take life into his own hands and learned all that he needed to in application to the real world. Now he has decided to extend his computer knowledge and skills to provide support, repairs, and help to the general public.
