Recently, we had a customer who it is safe to say didn't know much about navigating around her computer.  We will leave this customer as anonymous.  So anonymous asked us to make a visit and help her with a list of tasks she had written down for us to accomplish. We patiently assisted anonymous and showed her how to work her devices. After that, we cleaned up the spyware on her Laptop PC, installed an anti-virus program, and explained to her how she could keep her computer running fast and safe (she had experienced e-mail theft in the past and didn't want it to happen again).  We left her house waving goodbye and smiling, adding another satisfied customer to our list.
